Paris, Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon by high-speed train (2027)

Welcome to your tour with Europamundo! Transfer you to the hotel and free time. You will receive information in the afternoon, either directly or through the information board located at the hotel reception.

Today’s stage will take you from LYON to BARCELONA, either by high-speed train or by plane. At the time indicated by your guide, we will include a transfer to the station/airport to take the transportation included in your tour. Upon arrival at your destination, a transfer assistant will be waiting to take you to your hotel. Free time. Your guide will contact you at the end of the day.Note: The train/plane journey will be made without the accompaniment of an Europamundo guide.

In the morning we include a panoramic tour of BARCELONA, known as one of the most interesting European capitals, open to the Mediterranean Sea, famous for Gaudí and its Modernist architecture, without forgetting its Ramblas and the memories of the Universal Expositions and the Olympic Games held here. Barcelona is considered one of the most beautiful and fascinating European capitals.The tour ends by the Maremagnum, a modern leisure and restaurant complex by the sea next to Columbus Square, where you can enjoy a stroll through this lively area. Free afternoon. Transfer to the hotel at the end of the day.

We´ll leave Madrid, heading towards the capital of Extremadura: Mérida, where we´ll visit the archaeological complex of the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre (tickets included), a World Heritage Site renowned for its excellent state of preservation. There will be time for lunch in the pleasant pedestrian historic center bustling with life and restaurants. We´ll continue to Portugal and stop in Évora, another city recognized as a World Heritage Site, with its white streets, Renaissance palaces, and cathedral. We´ll arrive in Lisbon in the evening.

In the morning, we´ll embark on a sightseeing tour of Lisbon, exploring the Portuguese capital of the seven hills, with its charming alleys, iconic tiles, the feeling of "saudade," and the beautiful Atlantic light. We’ll also visit the Belem neighborhood, from where the great Portuguese navigators set sail to cross the oceans in the 15th century. Free time in the afternoon to walk and go to the Bairro Alto and its viewpoint; if you’d like to, you could take an optional trip to the towns of Sintra, Cascais and Estoril. In the evening, we’ll return to the hotel from the lively Restauradores Square, filled with vibrant bars and cafes.

After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
